Dear Ms. Regan, I am one of your Premier Service customers. On 11/28 I called to report that I had no heat from my system. I promptly received a call from your technician, John Pommenville who arrived at my home that afternoon.

As John made a diagnosis of a basic issue, I gave him a description of what the boiler sounded like when its operation would begin and asked if it sounded normal. He trouble-shot the boiler’s operation and discovered that the system’s wiring configuration was not correct and he rewired/checked various related components.

My boiler has never operated so well and efficiently as it does now. (It was installed by a Lowe’s-directed installer). I was amazed at John’s knowledge and skill at trouble-shooting/diagnosing and correcting these problems.

I hope that you will acknowledge this letter to John. He is credit to himself and your company.

A Great Job!
On September 11, I called Regan Heating and Air Conditioning for a free estimate after being recommended by National Grid (RISE). You arrived to give me an estimate and at the time I had 7/8 of a tank of oil so you told me to call when the tank was at 1/4 or lower. Finally, on November 29, my new furnace was installed. The job took about 6 hours to replace my old 54-year-old oil furnace to brand new gas furnace and on Dec. 13 B&D Tank Removal removed oil tank. I was very nervous at the thought of changing from oil to gas heat but during the estimate you ensured me that this installation and removal would be painless and it was. All three companies, RISE, Regan and B&D did everything with the greatest professionalism. If anyone asked me about changing their heating system from oil to gas I would not hesitate to recommend this trio for a great job! Thanks for everything!
